Our goal is to understand tobacco use and exposure to tobacco marketing in young people aged 18-25 years old
Rutgers University is doing a research study, the Center for Rapid Surveillance of Tobacco (CRST) Young Adult Cohort, to learn more about young adults tobacco use in Vermont, New Jersey, Ohio, California, Kentucky, and North Carolina. Eligible participants complete four 10-15 minute online surveys about:
Tobacco use behavior (e.g. brands, flavors, price promotions)
Access to tobacco products
Policies and laws related to substance use
Awareness and exposure to tobacco marketing efforts
